You will notice that unlike holiday lets, cottages and caravan sites, we do not
adjust our prices to astronomic levels during school holidays. Jane & I have
never been able to fathom out why this is the norm. We charge a fair price ALL
YEAR ROUND.
The prices below are the same for every day of the year.
However, do watch out for our special offers, when our prices are even cheaper!
Our room rates are the best in the area, we constantly strive to keep our prices
low.

telephone numbers; this email will act as a deposit.

All prices shown
are per person per night, are inclusive of our
extensive, legendary, breakfast menu;
and prices are based on two people sharing a double room.
Sorry, we do not accept credit cards,
cash is welcome.
Cheques are still accepted at the moment, however, an additional charge may be
added to cover bank costs.
Our prices are checked daily to ensure we are the most competitive in the area.
We are
just managing to hold our current prices, however with the huge increases in raw
materials and energy costs we may have to review our prices in the very near
future.

Up to four nights accommodation £28-00 per person.
Five nights or more £26-00 per person.
One nights accommodation. (Mid week only) £35-00 per person.
Single room supplement £15-00 per night.
Sorry, single night's accommodation is not available at week ends.
Children's rates.
Children under 10 years of age - £10 off the above
prices only if they have a light breakfast.
Children having a full breakfast will be charged full adult price.
Children 10 years of age and over - full adult price.
