BREAKFAST at RIVERSIDE
Life is a journey - not a race.

Here at Riverside B&B in the Peak District National Park Derbyshire, our legendary breakfast is a relaxed affair, usually served at 0830 hrs (earlier by request, especially if you want to get a full day's walking in!) As far as possible, our produce is organic / free range, and purchased directly from local Peak District farms and shops. When we have to purchase from supermarkets, produce is always organic: baked beans, or free trade produce: pineapple and other fruits. It is our policy to only use the CO-OP for such purchases, as we agree whole heartedly with their ethics. And, as a matter of fact we also bank with the CO-OP as well, for the same ethical reasons. (Something we should have done years ago, never mind, you live and learn!)

Here at Riverside B&B, our legendary breakfast menu is always available, but for those with special dietary requirements, rest assured, we can cater for you with ease,
be it vegetarian or vegan.
Please be sure to advise us when you make your reservation and leave the rest to us.
That's one less thing to worry about!

Breakfast Menu at Riverside B&B
Choice of cereals, (organic where possible) fruit juice,
organic yoghurt or fresh fruit.
Fresh fruit is Fair trade wherever possible.

Riverside breakfast : Full English breakfast using local Peak District free range / organic produce wherever possible.

Moorlands breakfast : Staffordshire oatcake with a choice of fillings - local cheese, organic baked beans, local organic eggs, free range crispy bacon, organic mushrooms. 
Really great with home made strawberry jam!

On toast : Choice of local organic eggs - fried, scrambled or poached, organic baked beans, tomatoes, local organic mushrooms, or local medium strength cheddar cheese.

To complement your breakfast we have home baked organic bread made with local stone ground organic flour and 
home made preserves, toast is  available on request.

We serve freshly brewed leaf tea or
 coarse ground coffee, see our daily specials board. Decaffeinated tea & coffee available on request. All our beverages are from a specialist local supplier in Chesterfield.

Vegetarian breakfast option is always available.
